There are generally two types of commonly used expansion pipes: straight through expansion pipes and fish shaped expansion pipes. With the expansion and demand of market application fields, the styles of expansion pipes are becoming more and more diverse, and their functions are becoming more obvious and powerful. As we know, plastic expansion pipes are formed by injection molding of PE material. Mainly used for house decoration, fixed wire ducts, fixed switches, socket lighting, etc. Industrial machinery is also used to secure connections with screws. But do you know how to better utilize expansion pipes? What are some tips for using expansion tubes? Briefly introduce the usage techniques of expansion tubes.
1. Drill the prefabricated holes vertically in one go to avoid drilling the same hole multiple times.
2. Clean the hole, which can be blown by air, cleaned with water, or swept with a brush to remove any residue left during drilling, in order to reduce the sliding caused by dust on the expansion pipe and increase friction.
3. Avoid reusing the holes and expansion pipes. The holes used multiple times will be stretched due to expansion during the previous expansion of the expansion pipe. Using the same hole multiple times can easily cause sliding. Using the same expansion pipe multiple times can cause the expansion pipe to break, deform, and easily cause screw misalignment and poor tightening force
4. For beginner installation, you can choose an expansion pipe with a relatively thicker wall thickness to avoid damage and loose installation during installation.

In industry, it also includes ethylene and small amounts α- Copolymers of olefins. Polyethylene is non-toxic and odorless, feels like wax, and has excellent low-temperature resistance. Its chemical stability is excellent, and it can withstand most acid and alkali erosion. It is insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, has low water absorption performance, and excellent electrical insulation performance. Or PA6, PA66 are the trade names for polyamide fibers, also known as nylon (PA), whose basic components are formed by injection molding of aliphatic polyamides connected by amide bonds - [NHCO] -. Its characteristics are good toughness, less prone to breakage, and strong load-bearing capacity. Among them, nylon material belongs to the five major engineering plastics
